“If 0 stars existed, that would still be too much. Extremely arrogant behaviour and a complete waste of time. You agree on a specific fee, and then a different contract with new economic terms is introduced afterward. When you ask for clarification about whether certain tasks are included or will be charged extra, you don’t receive a clear answer. After only a few email exchanges, you decide to stop the process, yet they still charge you as if the job had been completed. In my case, the invoice stated “Consultancy & P.IVA opening,” even though no P.IVA was ever opened and the suggested ATECO code was incorrect and could have cost me thousands. Disappointing. Other accountants can do the job correctly and with transparent fees. Avoid — especially if you are from abroad and unfamiliar with how the Italian system works.”

“Dopo tanti anni con un commercialista che non è mai riuscito a darmi una motivazione sul perché dovessi pagare tutte quelle tasse ho deciso di chiedere un altro parere. Ho contattato lo studio della Dott.ssa Barbara Antonini e fin da subito ho trovato una persona disponibile, chiara nelle spiegazioni e capace di mettere a proprio agio anche chi, come me, non ha particolare familiarità con temi fiscali e contabili. Dopo tanti anni, oggi posso affermare che ogni pratica è stata gestita con precisione e puntualità, dimostrando grande organizzazione e un aggiornamento costante sulle normative che come sappiamo in Italia cambiano “di pari passo con il prezzo del carburante”. “I have been a client with Dr. Barbara Antonini for 10 years. She and her team were recommended to me as they are widely recognized for their expertise regarding taxation in the aviation industry. I am a pilot and due to my work and living circumstances I found myself having to deal with taxation in multiple jurisdictions. Dr Antonini’s knowledge of cross border taxation, tax agreements, tax residency regulations and fiscal law is impressive. Her expertise does not just cover Italian tax law, it covers a worldwide knowledge of tax legislation. This is very useful for clients with multiple tax residencies or clients who are moving country, a complicated situation pilots often find themselves in. Dr. Antonini and her team can be praised for their professionalism and expertise when satisfactory resolving a very complex situation for many Dutch pilots based in Italy, involving the Dutch tax agency challenging the Dutch-Italian tax agreement and retrospectively taxing income already taxed in Italy. Dr. Antonini and her team are very professional, always willing to help and they answer any questions immediately. In case of enquiries by the tax agency, you can count on their immediate and efficient help to resolve the enquiry. I have never received this exceptional level of professionalism anywhere else. Tax law can be complicated and enquiries can be stressful, in these circumstances it’s really important to be able to rely on a team that will assist you honestly, professionally and efficiently. Studio Antonini is widely recognized amongst the aviation sector, but it is important to note that her studio also offers tax and accounting services for many more sectors, businesses and professionals. Dr. Antonini’s studio also very satisfactorily helped my wife with a tax situation arising from an inheritance. 5 stars is the maximum, but I would give more stars if I could.
