Risponderei volentieri alla recensione, ma il soggetto che l'ha pubblicata non solo è anonimo e non ha di fatto scritto nulla, ma pare anche essere uno spammatore seriale perchè ha lasciato la stessa recensione ad altri miei colleghi nonchè ad avvocati della zona. Ecco, ora che finalmente compare con nome e cognome ho la certezza di non aver mai avuto a che fare con lui e suppongo nemmeno gli altri miei colleghi ai quali ha scritto recensioni...

“Ho inviato una mail chiedendo un consiglio a titolo informativo a questo studio, e mesi dopo gli devo centinaia di euro per una consulenza che ovviamente non si può assolutamente definire tale. Davvero poco chiari e professionali, assai arrogante il comportamento della signora Antonini.”

Intanto la signora Antonini è magari la dott.ssa Antonini e questo secondo me spiega già in sé la situazione. Il consiglio è tecnicamente una consulenza, che prevede un conseguente pagamento. Mi dispiace che questo concetto basilare mancasse.

“If 0 stars existed, that would still be too much. Extremely arrogant behaviour and a complete waste of time. You agree on a specific fee, and then a different contract with new economic terms is introduced afterward. When you ask for clarification about whether certain tasks are included or will be charged extra, you don’t receive a clear answer. After only a few email exchanges, you decide to stop the process, yet they still charge you as if the job had been completed. In my case, the invoice stated “Consultancy & P.IVA opening,” even though no P.IVA was ever opened and the suggested ATECO code was incorrect and could have cost me thousands. Disappointing. Other accountants can do the job correctly and with transparent fees. Avoid — especially if you are from abroad and unfamiliar with how the Italian system works.”

Un'altra persone che prova a scroccare consulenza senza pagare e si vendica mettendo una stella. Quest'anno sto battendo ogni record, ma sono, come già scritto, tutte stelle al merito, perchè è impensabile tollerare persone che pensano di svanire nel nulla senza pagare.
